Okay, the way pathfinding works is by assigning any 'step' (here - tile) its weight, then building a so-called weighted graph for pathfinding, and then scanning the route from point A to point B for every 'working' path, comparing their weights and selecting the 'cheapest' one. I simply fixed it by putting down a sandstone road around it, so colonists will always walk around it cause it's faster. I kinda had the same problem with colonists going into the freezer without having any business there.
