One of the key drivers Katy identified with the acceptance of a safe system of work in agriculture was simplicity. Developing the idea into a fully-fledged start-up company took commitment and in 2016 the safety and compliance software was launched. After many discussions, spreadsheets, and a lot of planning, they decided to pursue the software idea with the aim to reduce workplace injuries and fatalities, specifically in the agricultural industry. The founders of the safety software were Caroline Graham, of the Graham Group, and her daughter Katy Landt.
